SECURITY
There is going to be security service throughout the FELASA 2019 Exhibition and overnight during the closed hours. However, we would like to state the following:

Each exhibitor is responsible for his/her own exhibit, packing and construction of the stand. The Exhibition Management company and the local organization committee are not responsible for any possible loss or damage of any equipment, goods or stand whatsoever.

Individual stand security is available for hire, please contact us if you wish to utilize this service.

UNLOADING AND LOADING RULES
All unloading and loading vehicles at the Congress Centre must comply with the local parking restrictions and with traffic controlling instructions, security staff and the official mechanical handling contractor. During the build-up and dismantling of stands, trucks and vans may enter the ground for unloading and loading purposes only. For security reasons and to guarantee smooth traffic, assembly and loading cars must be parked outside the loading areas during the assembly and dismantling time.

You are kindly requested to inform us about the planned date and the exact time of your arrival and thus help us avoid queues in front of the gate.

The drivers will be asked to pay a refundable deposit:
Small car – 30 minutes = EUR 20
Big car – 60 minutes = EUR 50

CAR PARKS
Parking is not permitted in the loading bay areas except for loading and unloading during the build-up and dismantling.

PASSENGER CARS PARKING
Private cars may be parked at the PCC.
The tickets for the entire Congress will be available only in Czech currency at the counter in the garage just next to the loading and unloading area.

PACKING MATERIAL
Unless labor has been ordered in advance, exhibitors are wholly responsible for the delivery of crates and other packages to their booths and for their removal.
Packing material is to be kept outside the halls and loading yards. During the stand assembly and dismantling periods the transport paths must be kept free as much as possible, transport and packing material and other equipment no longer needed must be removed from the halls immediately.

The exhibitors are requested to make sure that goods are adequately packed when being returned to the country of origin.

STORAGE
All sponsors and exhibitors need to make their own arrangements for storage of spare stock and packing material, as it is not possible to provide a central storage at the venue.

For storage of empty crates and other staff during the congress the arrangements with the official forwarding agent can be made: BECKSPEDITION

DIMENSIONAL LIMITS AND ELEVATOR
In the case you are bringing heavy exhibit construction items, equipment or products to the exhibition area, please let us know.
Please use the freight elevators K, G and a smaller elevator C to bring the material in. Staff will guide you to them. It is prohibited to use personal elevators for loading material. Such usage can be fined with CZK 10.000.

In the case of crowding freight lane, the PCC fireguard closes the area and no cars will be allowed to enter before the lane is clear again.

CONGRESS CATERING
Catering will be provided during the whole congress. For exhibitors will be provided refreshments in a form of coffee breaks and lunches. Please note that lunches for exhibitors will be served 30 minutes before the start of an official lunch.

CATERING: FOOD AND BEVERAGE REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR EXHIBIT BOOTH
In order to attract delegates to your exhibit stand we suggest that you serve some food, snacks or beverages. This is not mandatory, but only a suggestion and at each exhibitor´s discretion. To avoid disappointment and lack of inventory please make sure you order your F & B prior to your arrival in Prague.

EXHIBITOR BADGES
Badges will be available for pick up on the ground floor at the Exhibitors counter, at the registration desk. All Exhibitor Registrations are NON-TRANSFERABLE (i.e. the transfer of registrations between two persons is prohibited).

All badges contain a QR code which includes the participant‘s information: name, surname, email and company. You will be able to read all of these QR codes during the Congress to create your own database through your own device which will be available in the congress application. This special congress application is designed only for exhibitors. You will receive an access to the app before the congress begins.


The exhibitor badges fee includes:
  • Admission to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Cocktail on June 10, 2019
  • Admission to the exhibition and the poster area
  • Refreshments – coffee breaks and lunch
  • Free ticket for public transport
